Our customer pick up & return location is in Bossley Park, Sydney, and pick-up time is 1pm on the day of the event. We will supply the address details following payment.
The hire products must be returned by 12pm the following day. If you wish to arrange for alternate times, please contact us prior.
Delivery fees will vary depending on your location and starts from $50. The delivery fee covers drop-off, install and pick-up from your event.
NOTE: We only provide this service to Sydney metro areas.
We do NOT require a holding deposit/bond for our hire products.
Upon signing the invoice agreement, there will be terms provided which outline that the hiree is liable for any damages that may occur.
Cancellations made 10 days or less before agreed event date are 50% refundable, and non-refundable if cancelled 48 hours prior to the event.
