Cancellation 10 days or less before agreed event date will automatically lose 50% of payment.

Cancellation 48 hours prior to event, full payment is lost.

Please note that our entire neon and event hire collection is NOT waterproof. If it begins to rain, please cover the hire items effectively.

By completing payment, you are legally agreeing to be completely liable to any damages that occur to your hired item(s). You are also agreeing to pay for all costs to replace the hire item(s) and legal action may be taken if not done. Replacements may be upwards of $500.

If the hired items case or transportation packaging is broken, there will be a fee for replacement. This is upwards of $100.

If the hired item is not returned, legal action may be taken.

Once paid, this is a legally binding agreement.
