Shipping & Delivery Policy
All of our neon sign orders are shipped and delivered in a safe and durable double carton box to ensure the protection of your new neon light.
Each order will be delivered to the shipping address that was provided at checkout, so please ensure that this address is correct. Your contact number will also be required as the freight deliverer will provide updates as per the schedule of your delivery.
We use Fedex, DHL and UPS predominantly for all Worldwide orders. The freight carrier that we use will be subject to your order and location. These carriers are world renown and ensure safe and efficient deliveries across the globe.
Our Shipping times are estimated between:
• 5-10 business days for Australia & New Zealand
• 5-10 business days for USA
• 5-10 business days for the UK
• 5-10 business days for Europe
• 6-12 business days for the rest of the world
Please be patient, sometimes things happen out of our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the specified timeframe, please wait 4 business days and then contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We keep a close eye on every order and guarantee ALL purchases. If your neon sign delivery is lost or unable to be delivered for any reason, we will send a new one out free of charge.
Note: Light It Up Neon will not be liable for any additional costs or shipment delays caused by Customs. We do not offer refunds for items that do not make it to the destination by a specific date, due to delays in shipments. If you have a specific deadline for your neon sign order, please contact email@example.com prior to your purchase to discuss the request.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
All of our neon signs orders undergo a quality check before they are carefully packaged and delivered to you. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please visit our Returns page for further information.
Duties & Taxes
Light It Up Neon does its very best to protect international customers from incurring any additional fees. However, in the event where a customs or import tax charge is required, it will be the responsibility of the client to fulfil this payment.
Customers take full liability for all postal charges and return shipment costs if they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We provide all customers with a unique tracking ID number upon dispatch of their order. The tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout, once shipping has commenced.
Please keep in mind that depending on the seasonal demand, the quality production of each sign can take up to 5-10 business days from the order date.
