All of our Waterproof Outdoor Neon Signs are made using the highest quality LED neon lights in fully enclosed acrylic. They have an IP67 Waterproof rating. This rating ensures that our neon light products have adequate protection from harmful dust and prolonged water exposure.

GENERAL PRODUCT
The lifetime of our LED neon lights are subject to a number of different factors, including but not limited to: the usage time, surrounding environment, and the quality of the running electrical unit.
On average we can say that your new Light It Up Neon sign should last 6 to 10 years (or up to 50,000 hours).
We don't reccommend keeping your neon sign running 24 hours a day, in order to optimise its lifespan.
All of our neon signs are laid professionally onto a high quality acrylic back board. This ensures that each sign has the appropriate support required.
You can choose from a variety of back board cut options including:
• Cut to Shape (Cut around and countoured to the shape of the design)
• Cut to Letter (Cut closely to the letters)
• Cut to Square/Rectangle (Cut as a Square/Rectangle around your design)
Our available back board colour options include: Clear/Transparent, Any solid colour, Silver Mirror and Gold Mirror.
Our standard LED neon signs are Indoor signs, but they are perfectly fine to use outdoors at events, provided they do not get wet. Our standard signs are NOT watertight and should not be exposed to wet weather.
If you do require an Outdoor Waterproof Neon Sign, we can easily create this for you using our premium outdoor neon flex technology. We have an Outdoor Waterproof option on our Custom Neon Builder, and also a checkbox on our Custom Neon Enquiry form. Our Custom Neon Builder is an easy to use tool that we have incorporated into our website, for customers to design their very own personalised neon sign.
The Custom Neon Builder showcases a variety of neon perfect fonts, colours, sizes, design and fixture options for customers to play around with.
This tool focuses primarily on neon word signs, personalised name signs and neon light quotes. All in which are text-based.
Due to it's visual element, it is an amazing tool to utilise, to get that picture perfect LED neon sign that you're after.
The prices are auto-generated at the bottom of the screen, for your reference along the way.

The colours which use a coloured neon tube are generally richer in colour and are our reccomended option.

Hanging your new neon light sign is surprisingly easy. Our neon signs weigh on average 3-6 kg and include pre-drilled holes on the acrylic backboard.

If you're looking to have your neon sign in a free-standing position, our available options include:
1. Acrylic Box - this is where we build an acrylic box around the outside of your neon sign. This option will not only keep your neon sign waterproof for outdoor use, but it gives an elegant look to your overall design.
2. Acrylic Base - we will build an acrylic base to be fitted underneath your neon light sign board. This base will allow your sign to stand up flat, and the best part is that you can detach and re-attach the board from the base whenever you like.

UV Printing allows you to add sharp, vibrant images or text to your acrylic neon board.
When paired with our high quality neon lights, no matter what time of the day it is, your custom neon sign will look absolutely incredible.
It's excellent for capturing finer details like gradients or elements of your design that may be too small for our LED neon to capture.

All of our neon sign purchases come with the following FREE accessories:
1. Your new LED neon sign ready-to-use, with up to 50,000 hours of usage
2. A clear power cord (2m length)
3. A Low Voltage 12V power adaptor compatible to your country of choice
4. A Wall Mounting Kit: Regular Screws, Advertising Screws or Hanging Chain

We process orders within 24-48 hours after receiving full payment of your order.
It then generally takes between 3-6 business days for each neon sign to be hand crafted and professionally made. This may vary due to seasonal demand or high order volumes.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with your unique tracking number to track your estimated delivery date.
We are using Express DHL or Fedex for your shipment, depending on your country we will select the best shipping company for your order to arrive fast and safe.
Our shipping times are estimated between:

Each neon sign is packed carefully using double carton mail order packaging, and the neon sign is further supported with layers of foam in the box. This kind of packaging has been developed specifically for the air shipment of our neon signs to arrive safely to your location.
Your new neon sign will be protected with a plastic film to avoid any scratches that may occur during the delivery process.

Please keep in mind that depending on the seasonal demand, the quality production of each sign can take up to 5-10 business days from the order date.
POWER & INSTALLATION
All of our neon signage come with an easy to install "Plug and Play" setup.
To power your neon sign, simply connect the clear neon exit cable to the provided power adaptor, and plug this into an accessible power socket.
If you have purchased the optional Dimmer Remote, you will have one extra middle attachment, however the concept is the exact same.
Once the Dimmer attachment is connected, simply press the Dimmer Remote ON button to power the sign.
All of our neon signs are super easy and safe to install. Because they are mounted on an acrylic panel, they are extremely portable and easy to manoeuvre.
Your Light It Up Neon sign will include pre-drilled holes on the acrylic back board, unless requested otherwise. Simply use our FREE provided wall mounting kit to hang, screw-in or wall mount your sign.
For those who do not wish to hang or wall mount, we recommend the use of Wall Hanging Strips, which can hold up to a certain amount of weight (weights vary based on the wall hanging strip material).

Please be patient, sometimes things happen out of our control. If your neon sign order hasn't arrived within the specified timeframe, please wait 4 business days and then contact us at support@lightitupneon.com.
We keep a close eye on every order and guarantee ALL purchases. If your neon sign delivery is lost or unable to be delivered for whatever reason, we will send a new one out free of charge.
In the unlikely event that your neon sign has been damaged in transit, Light It Up Neon will ensure that a resolution is provided.
If you believe that your neon signage has been damaged in transit, you will have 7 days from the delivery date to email us at support@lightitupneon.com with the following:
1. Provide a clear video of the damage/fault to the neon sign
2. Provide a clear video of the box & any damage to the outer box
3. Provide a clear photo of the shipping label on the box
Light It Up Neon guarantees ALL purchases. If your neon sign delivery is lost or stolen during transit, please assess the tracking ID provided to you, and follow up the status by contacting support@lightitupneon.com to investigate this matter further.
The freight carriers that we use require a signature on delivery. This ensures that your order will end up in the right hands.
Light It Up Neon does its very best to protect international customers from incurring any additional fees. However, in the event where a customs or import tax charge is required, it will be the responsibility of the client to fulfil this payment.
Customers take full liability for all postal charges and return shipment costs if they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We offer a 2-year warrranty guarantee on material and workmanship faults on ALL of our neon signs.
Please Note: this does not include any damage that may occur as a result of incorrect installation or physical damage during usage.

Light It Up Neon does not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or change of size. We do however accept returns for all workmanship faults on any of our dispatched neon light products.
In the unlikely event that your neon sign is faulty or has been damaged during transit, Light It Up Neon will ensure that a resolution is provided.
You will have 7 days from the delivery date to email us at support@lightitupneon.com with the following:
1. Provide a clear video of the damage/fault to the neon sign
2. Provide a a clear video of the box & any damage to the outer box
3. Provide a clear photo of the shipping label on the box
We require the above information in order to assess each claim on an individual basis. Once received and approved, we will provide you with a number of options including a return, refund or replacement of your neon sign.
DIMMER REMOTE
Our Dimmer Remote is an optional extra, provided upon the desire of the customer.
The dimmer remote offers a range of awesome functions including:
• The ability to turn your neon sign ON and OFF using a wireless remote
• The ability to adjust the brightness of your neon sign
• The ability to set various "party modes" such as flashing and pulsing
We do recommend purchasing the Dimmer Remote as it allows you to dim the brightness of the sign, to allow for better exposure when using the neon light as a photo backdrop.
If you have purchased the optional Dimmer Remote and decide you do not want to use it, you can simply remove the clip-on attachment that is connected to the dimmer. Instead, you will then plug your sign directly into the black power adaptor cable that is provided with your neon sign pruchase.
The dimmer remote will no longer control the sign, and you will need to use the powerpoint switch to turn your neon light ON and OFF.
Our RGB Dimmer Remote is provided for FREE with all RGB Multi-colour neon sign purchases.
The remote will require 3x AAA batteries to turn on and is extremely easy to operate.

Both our single colour and RGB multi-colour dimmer remotes require 3x AAA batteries to turn on. Due to international shipping laws, we are unable to provide these, and they must be acquired from the customer.
